Project Summary
In today’s online world, a phone call to get things don’t simply won’t suffice. Users want to be able to manage their services, payment methods, and overall experience on their own terms – which often means through a simple and intuitive online account.
Working with a team of UX designers, project managers, and other stakeholders, I helped create the content that would create a frictionless online user experience for Terminix customers, while also adding a little brand flavor to the customer journey.
