Project Summary
The goal of this project was to create an intuitive and engaging user onboarding flow through UX writing for our SMB segment. User onboarding is a critical phase where new users are introduced to the product, guided through its features, and encouraged to take desired actions.
To achieve a seamless onboarding experience, I was tasked with crafting consistent onboarding messaging throughout the user journey, which included a welcome kit deck, email, in-app product tours, along with help articles and other content.
