By leveraging the depth and complexity of Muck Rack’s Search engine and Journalist database, PressPal uses generative AI to so users can save time and focus on more strategic work.
As a UX Writer, I contributed to the launch of PressPal.ai by delivering content for the entire flow throughout product, while also providing strategic messaging for the new feature landing page, marketing emails, and assisting with other messaging/FAQs.
