Project Summary

As Terminix transitioned from a call center sales model to an online, e-commerce model, the digital team needed a seamless checkout experience. During the production and testing stages, I asked myself, “What kind of words/experience would resonate best? Is it clear what services and service frequencies they are purchasing?”

By empathizing with the user and focusing on clarity, we created a pleasant and smooth checkout experience to successfully refine Terminix’s online checkout process.
