Project Summary
Introductions are tough. The UX team and I wanted to make sure we made a positive and welcoming impression to customers right off the bat.
To do so, we wanted to humanize the purchase experience. Instead of traditional transactional pieces, we reimagined and reaffirmed the customer’s decision to trust Terminix to help solve their problems. The result was a welcome journey campaign including email, video, text, and print collateral.
